Peter is a lifelong resident of Maine and offers an intimate knowledge of the Pine Tree State. Peter knows the farm areas in southern Aroostook and northern Penobscot counties better than any other realtor. Dave graduated with a B.S. in Aeronautics from Dowling College in New York. He followed that with eight years of commercial flying experience. The demands of being an airline captain created a discipline which Dave brings to his real estate practice. His attention to detail in all he does will serve his clients well. Dave
is currently finishing his graduate studies at the University of Maine’s School of Forest Resources with an emphasis on GIS and remote sensing in timberland and forestry applications. Dave is an active member of Horeb Lodge #93 in Lincoln and in his spare time he enjoys snowmobiling, flying, fishing the local lakes, and traveling with his wife Nicole.

Tammy grew up in a family of seven and her mother, a family of twenty one. Tammy enjoys living in Millinocket within the impressive Mt. Katahdin Region with all of its lakes, rivers and beautiful scenery. After working as a professional cook for many years then later owning her own bakery, she decided on a career change. In 1997, she joined McPhail Realty as a full time Sales Agent and quickly excelled to Broker.
