When not working in the real estate business he enjoys preparing a good meal, photographing Maine landscapes, fly fishing clear cold rivers, hunting for that elusive big whitetail and improving the timberland he owns with his brother.

Most recently, Carmen served as the 2019 president of the Greater Bangor Area Realtors, currently sits on its board of directors and served previously as its treasurer . She also currently serves at the treasurer of the Lincoln Lakes Region Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Technology Committee for Maine LIstings. She eholds both a Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and an Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from the University of Maine and has a background in laboratory science.
Carmen was born and raised in Presque Isle, Maine. Married to her husband Phil since 1989, she is a mother of two adult daughters and has lived in Lincoln Maine since 1986. Her personal interests include singing in the church choir, playing hand bells, learning to play piano, fly fishing, hiking and traveling as well as knitting, quilting, crocheting and sewing.
