She eholds both a Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and an Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from the University of Maine and has a background in laboratory science.
Carmen was born and raised in Presque Isle, Maine. Married to her husband Phil since 1989, she is a mother of two adult daughters and has lived in Lincoln Maine since 1986. Her personal interests include singing in the church choir, playing hand bells, learning to play piano, fly fishing, hiking and traveling as well as knitting, quilting, crocheting and sewing.
