This approximate 1.75-acre parcel along the river has a limited area meeting setback requirements for building. Best use of this part of the real estate would be for river access, primitive camping, self-contained RV’s and a vegetative buffer to preserve the water quality of this pristine river. Directly across the road is the balance of the 9 acres. This is all forest with some evidence of former homesteading with a few apple trees and field bushes still living on the land.
